The patient, male, 42 years old, had a CT examination for chest pain suggestive of thoracoabdominal aortic coarctation, and was treated surgically after preoperative preparation by total thoracoabdominal aortic replacement under normothermic cardiac nonstop, and was extubated one day after the operation and discharged 10 days after the operation. After two years of postoperative follow-up, the results were good, and cardiac function gradually recovered after blood pressure control.
