Aortic coarctation aneurysm in the early stage is mainly characterized by pain, and some of them will have asymmetric blood pressure in the limbs.

2. Asymmetry of blood pressure in the limbs: the difference between the blood pressure of both upper limbs is less than 10⁓20mmHg in normal, and aortic dissection leads to the difference of arterial blood supply in both upper limbs, and the difference is larger than normal. Normal lower extremity blood pressure is 20⁓40mmHg higher than the upper extremity blood pressure, which is significantly increased in the case of entrapment.
