Can you spot a mole on your chest?

Moles on the chest can be spotted. The main methods of spotting moles are laser, ionization, freezing or surgery.
Lasers and ionization use high temperatures to destroy the body of the mole, while freezing destroys the mole with the low temperatures produced by liquid nitrogen. Surgery is the surgical removal of the mole and surrounding skin tissue.
Usually, moles that are small in size, less than 0.5cm in diameter, and have no risk of malignancy can be treated with laser, ionization, and freezing. Larger nevi that have a tendency to become malignant need to be surgically removed and, if necessary, pathologically examined.
The above operations need to go to the dermatology department of the hospital to be handled by professional doctors. After the treatment, it is recommended not to touch water for a week and eat less spicy and stimulating food. Since the chest is more prone to sweating, mole spotting is usually not recommended in summer.
