The treatment of eczema in armpits includes general treatment, drug treatment and so on.
1. General treatment: try to elevate the upper limbs to keep the armpits ventilated, avoid local dampness and sweating, avoid scratching, avoid eating spicy and irritating food, and avoid contacting suspected allergens.
2. Drug treatment: including external and oral drug treatment.
(1) Topical medication: Since the armpit skin is delicate, sweaty and easily irritated, generally choose mild, effective and non-irritating topical medication for anti-inflammatory treatment, such as Denuded, hydrocortisone butyrate cream and other moderate- or weakly-acting glucocorticosteroid creams. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory ointment, such as flufenamic acid butyl ester ointment, butylhydroxy acid ointment can also be used instead of hormone for treatment.
(2) Oral medication: When itching is obvious, antihistamines such as olopatadine hydrochloride tablets and chlorpheniramine tablets can be used.
If axillary eczema occurs, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time for early and regular treatment.
