How to Treat Left Ear Thrombus Conservatively

Conservative treatment of left heart ear thrombosis is mainly taking anticoagulant drugs and thrombolytic drugs. 1. Anticoagulants: common drugs include warfarin and dabigatran. Warfarin can antagonize the effect of vitamin K and inhibit the synthesis of coagulation factors to achieve anticoagulation. It is contraindicated in patients with bleeding tendency, severe hepatic and renal impairment, and recent intracranial hemorrhage. Adverse drug reactions include bleeding, nausea, vomiting, and allergic reactions. Dabigatran belongs to a new type of oral anticoagulant with a better safety profile than warfarin. Severe renal insufficiency, active bleeding patients are prohibited, adverse drug reactions include bleeding, diarrhea, nausea. 2. Thrombolytic drugs: urokinase and streptokinase. It can dissolve the new thrombus in the left heart ear, and has little effect on the old thrombus. Thrombolytic drugs are contraindicated in patients with recent hemorrhagic stroke, central nervous system damage, and aortic dissection. The main adverse effect is bleeding tendency. When a left auricular thrombus is diagnosed, formal treatment should be initiated as soon as possible under the guidance of a physician to prevent thromboembolic events.
