Mammary hyperplasia is a benign disease that occurs in the breast and manifests as striated, lumpy or cystic nodules in the breast. Mammary nodules are generally soft or medium in texture, with pressure pain, good mobility and clear borders, and often change with menstrual cycle or emotions. Breast cancer is a malignant tumor occurring in the breast, which is characterized by a hard lump in the breast, without pressure pain, with unclear borders, inactive when pushed, and increasing significantly in size within a short period of time, or with enlarged axillary or supraclavicular lymph nodes, or with nipple invagination and orange peel-like changes in the breast skin. Mammary gland hyperplasia and breast cancer are two common diseases that occur in women’s breast. Both of them have clinical manifestations as lumps in the breast, but their nature is fundamentally different and the treatment means are different, so when a lump is found in the breast, you should go to the hospital in time and have the corresponding examination. Small breast nodules include two kinds: 1. hyperplastic nodules, which can be observed and reviewed every six months, noting whether they have grown and whether there is blood flow, etc. 2, breast fibroids: if the tumor is less than 1CM, smooth border, ultrasound suggests no blood flow signal, you can observe, but unlike hyperplastic nodules, they usually do not fade on their own.
