Yunnan Baiyao cream is not a cure for frozen shoulder, at most it can only be used as an adjunct to the treatment of frozen shoulder. There are no drugs that can cure frozen shoulder. Frozen shoulder requires a combination of treatment options, the most important of which is functional exercise of the shoulder joint, not any drugs, including, of course, Yunnan Baiyao ointment. However, the use of creams has some positive implications, at least in terms of pain relief and local blood circulation and stasis treatment, thus making the treatment of the disease smoother. However, it is still important to focus on functional exercises for frozen shoulder and other symptomatic treatments.
