Cervical spondylosis health care gymnastics

This is a set of simple medical gymnastics, which helps to improve blood circulation in the neck, promote inflammation, release muscle spasm, reduce pain and prevent muscle atrophy. Cervical spondylosis health care gymnastics 1, lifting the head and neck The patient stands, head slightly back, hands crossed to the back of the head (equivalent to the occipital ridge of the skull), lifting the head and neck upwards, a relaxation, round trip 30 a 50 times, can be combined with the back of the thorax back, in order to move the upper part of the spine and the thorax, shoulders and back, to relax the role of the joints. 2, with the neck to compete with the patient standing, hands crossed waist, feet apart and shoulder width, natural upright. Repeatedly look up at the sky and down at the ground. When practicing, the chest should be kept still, and the head should be raised as much as possible to see the object above the head; when lowering the head, the jaws should be inward as much as possible. The amplitude of movement should be small and large, slow to fast, as much as the patient can tolerate. 3.Look backward The patient stands with arms crossed, feet separated by the same width as shoulders, eyes flat, and head and neck repeatedly rotated to the left and right. The range of activity is small and large, but do not force too much to increase the amplitude, and the number of times should not be too much, generally 20-30 times. This exercise is not suitable for those who already suffer from vertebral artery cervical spondylosis, otherwise, it can cause a fall. 4, cervical lateral bending patients standing, hands crossed waist, two feet apart and shoulder width, respectively, alternating cervical vertebrae left and right cervical lateral bending activities, round trip 20-30 times. 5, forward stretch to explore the sea Patients stand, hands crossed waist, two feet apart and shoulder width, head and neck forward and lateral rotation, peeping in front of the bottom, as if to the bottom of the sea peeping objects, alternating left and right, repeatedly. During the exercise, the movement should be natural, coherent, and slow, and the head and neck always remain in a forward-flexed position. 6, looking back at the moon The patient stands, arms crossed, feet separated by the same width as the shoulders, head and neck turned behind, watching the moon in the sky behind him. Alternate between left and right, and so on for 15-30 times. It can improve cervical spondylosis with backward tilt and rotation limitation. 7. Golden lion head shaking The patient stands with arms crossed, feet separated by shoulder width, and the head and neck are first wrapped around in a clockwise direction for several weeks and then in a counterclockwise direction for several weeks, or alternately in both directions. The speed of shaking the head should not be fast and the movement should not be large to avoid falling. This method should be used with caution for patients with vertebral artery cervical spondylosis and cervical spine surgery, and is prohibited for those suffering from hypertension, cerebral embolism, anemia, and inner ear vertigo.
