Acute vaginal inflammation clinically requires at least ten days to heal, such as Candida vaginitis, which basically disappears in about a week after medication. Bacterial vaginosis also requires one week of medication and three days after stopping the medication before the routine leucorrhoea test can be repeated and if it turns negative, the medication can be stopped; if it does not turn negative, the medication should be continued. For acute vaginal inflammation, the minimum time taken to heal is about ten days.
