Melt the “frozen shoulder” to save frozen shoulder

Winter is approaching and it is the time of the year when “frozen shoulder” is at its peak. Frozen shoulder is also known as “fifty shoulder”. According to Chinese medicine, after the age of 50, the body’s ability to withstand the cold decreases due to weakness of Qi and blood, and the shoulder joint degenerates, which can lead to the disease due to cold or trauma. The disease is characterized by severe local pain and limited movement, just like being “frozen”, so it is also called “frozen shoulder”. Frozen shoulder self-diagnosis The following two movements can be used to make a preliminary diagnosis of whether you have frozen shoulder. If you are unable to perform the movements and experience pain, you may have frozen shoulder. 1.Raise your hand: When the normal shoulder joint is raised and straightened to touch the ear, there will be no pain. If you cannot touch the ear or if there is pain in the shoulder, it is a sign that the shoulder joint may be diseased. For example, if a lesbian has shoulder pain when putting on or taking off her corset, this may indicate the possibility of the disease. Frozen Shoulder Treatment Exercises Frozen shoulder is a self-limiting disease, so many patients think that they can “get well” with frozen shoulder, so they neglect exercise and treatment, not knowing that in many cases, the more they get well, the worse the disease gets. The treatment of frozen shoulder should be “three parts treatment, seven parts exercise”, and moderate and correct exercise is essential for the recovery of the disease. The following is the “Frozen Shoulder Exercise”, with 4 movements. Adhering to the exercises can effectively treat the disease and prevent the sequelae of frozen shoulder activity disorder. 1.Wall climbing: Patients stand facing the wall, lift their hands upwards, hold them on the wall and try to climb upwards, and try to climb higher than the previous day every day. 2.Hold the head: stand with both feet shoulder-width apart, both hands clutch the back of the occiput; two elbows as far as possible to pull apart, parallel to the body; then two elbows together, like holding the head, the action should try to do the limit. 3, combing: from front to back to do combing action, requiring hands as far as possible to touch the opposite ear, shoulder joints as far back as possible. 4, back hand: one hand behind the back, the other hand grasping support wrist joints and try to hold up, to the limit at the insistence of 5 seconds.
