Breast cancer spreading to the axillary lymph nodes is considered stage II-III, i.e. intermediate to advanced stage. Breast cancer is a common clinical malignant tumor, mostly seen in women. Patients mainly present with symptoms such as breast lumps and fluid overflow. The disease is mainly staged according to TNM staging criteria, which are generally classified into stage I, II, III and IV. The main evaluation indicators are tumor diameter, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis from other organs. Stage I is an early stage with small tumor diameter and no lymph node or distant metastasis; stage II-III is a middle to late stage with gradually increasing tumor diameter and lymph node metastasis, but generally no metastasis from other organs; stage IV is an advanced stage with more serious disease and distant metastasis. The treatment of breast cancer is mainly surgery, and after surgery, according to the results of pathological biopsy, comprehensive treatment such as radiotherapy, targeted therapy, endocrine therapy or Chinese medicine therapy should be carried out. In addition, in daily life, patients are advised to have a nutritious, high vitamin, low-fat and easy-to-digest diet, and to carry out active rehabilitation training, while maintaining an optimistic attitude, regular review and, if necessary, psychological intervention to prolong the survival time and improve the quality of life.
