Urological stone removal methods

  Indications for lithotripsy: 1, stone diameter less than 0.6cm; 2, smooth surface of stone; 3, no obstruction in the urinary tract below the stone; 4, stone did not cause complete obstruction in the urinary tract, staying local for less than 2 weeks; 5, uric acid stone, cystine stone; 6, adjuvant treatment after lithotripsy.  Lithotripsy methods: 1. Drink 2000~3000ml of water daily, evenly around the day and night; 2. Diclofenac sodium suppository for ureteral stones – to relieve pain and reduce ureteral edema; 3. Tamsulosin or calcium antagonist (nifedipine); 4. Lithotripsy for uric acid stones and cystine stones: oral administration of potassium sodium bicarbonate or sodium bicarbonate tablets; 6. moderate exercise.
