Can people with epilepsy travel by plane?

What most people know about epilepsy is that epilepsy is most often sudden and unpredictable, often overwhelming. Therefore, many patients and their families are afraid to go out alone or participate in some activities, and some patients and parents even believe that epilepsy patients cannot travel by air. So, can epilepsy patients fly? The following are some of the reasons why patients with epilepsy can take a flight. 1, the plane above is already pressurized and oxygenated, there is no seizure caused by lack of oxygen. 2, the aircraft speed is fast, will not lead to road fatigue (fatigue is also a factor of epilepsy triggering). 3, the instantaneous pressure difference during the ascent and descent of the plane may bring discomfort, but from the follow-up survey of some patients, there is no seizure situation.
