Second, talus injury: ischemic necrosis of the talus occurs. The fracture of the external ankle can directly hit the talus, causing bone marrow edema or even fracture of the talus, thus causing ischemic necrosis of the talus, and the patient will show severe pain and limited activity of the ankle joint. Third, the ankle joint instability: if the external ankle fracture is not fixed in time, it will also produce joint instability.
