Is shortness of breath and chest tightness a new type of pneumonia?

New crown pneumonia cannot be diagnosed based only on the symptoms of dyspnea and shortness of breath. The diagnosis of pneumonia begins with an epidemiological history, clinical manifestations of pneumonia such as fever, CT, and most importantly, positive nucleic acid. There are many possible causes of dyspnea and shortness of breath, such as exertion or competitive stress, or even problems with cardiac function, and patients with anemia may also show mild shortness of breath. After these problems, other factors need to be investigated, and mental factors can also cause shortness of breath and discomfort. However, it is not the same concept and degree as the symptoms of dyspnea and shortness of breath in true neoconjunctivitis. Patients with dyspnea in neo-coronary pneumonia have reached respiratory failure and can only be diagnosed with neo-coronary pneumonia when combined with other tests, such as a large area of pneumonia on CT. Dyspnea alone does not diagnose neo-coronary pneumonia, but must be combined with other aspects of evidence to make the diagnosis. Content source: Dr. Yurei
