After doing the frog jump leg pain can generally recover a few days

Thigh soreness after frog jumping is considered to be caused by over-exercise, muscle strain or over-exercise lactic acid accumulation, and how long it takes to recover is related to the patient’s specific situation and cannot be generalized. If the thigh pain after frog jumping is caused by excessive lactic acid accumulation, it can usually be relieved in 3-5 days, and can gradually recover in about 1 week, if the pain obviously affects rest, painkillers can be given to relieve pain. If the pain is still not relieved after 1 week, it is suspected to be caused by excessive muscle strain, so you should not wait for it to recover on its own, and it is recommended to actively consult the sports medicine department. Patients are advised to warm up before and after frog jumping, and they should also do appropriate exercises to strengthen their bodies and adapt to sports.
