Recipe 1: 9 grams of Chen Pi and 200 grams of white radish. Sliced white roca and Chen Pi together with water for decoction. It can regulate qi and strengthen the spleen, dry dampness and resolve phlegm. It is suitable for cough with phlegm and asthma, and fullness in the chest and abdomen. Recipe 2: 1 white radish, appropriate amount of honey. Dig holes in the white radish, put in honey, roast it on the fire and eat it in 3 times a day. Or add 3 slices of ginger, decocted in water or boiled in paste. It can be used to treat wind-cold cough and cough that does not heal for a long time. Recipe 3: Black fungus and rock sugar, 9g each. Stew in boiling water and take 1 dose daily. Indicated for chronic cough caused by yin deficiency and lung dryness, with little phlegm and dry throat. Formula 4: 6 grams of licorice, 30 grams of honey and 10 drops of vinegar. Brew licorice with boiling water, then add honey and vinegar, and take morning and evening. Take 1 dose daily for several days. It can clear heat and detoxify, moisten the lung and remove phlegm. Formula 5: Buddha’s hand 50 grams, honey appropriate amount. Wash the Buddha’s hand, cut it into small slices, put it in a large tea cup, add honey and brew it with boiling water. Cover for 10 minutes and drink as tea. Suitable for acute attacks of chronic bronchitis, cough and asthma. Square 6: a snow pear, onion 7 (even the beard). Wash the snow pear, cut the white onion, add 500 ml of water, boil to 300 ml, pick out the white onion, add sugar, continue to boil, eat the pear and drink soup in 2 times. Suitable for bronchitis, wind-heat cough. Formula 7: 1 white radish (about 200g, sliced), 10 white pepper (crushed), 3g orange peel, 3 slices of ginger. Add water to the above herbs and decoct them together 2 times, each time with 250 ml of water for 20 minutes, mix the two juices and take them in 1~2 times. It is used for chronic bronchitis with cough with foamy sputum, chilliness and chest tightness. Formula 8: 60ml of vinegar and 1 egg. Stew the egg with vinegar and take it once for a month. It can moisten the lungs and stop coughing, and is used to treat those with prolonged cough. Formula 9: 200 grams of carrot, 12 grams of jujube, wash, add 3 bowls of water and boil to take 1 bowl, 1 dose for 1 day, drink at will. It can clear heat and detoxify the toxin, strengthen the spleen and resolve stagnation. It is suitable for tuberculosis cough, whooping cough and indigestion.
