A 45-year-old male patient was admitted to the hospital as an emergency with a fall injury at work and was diagnosed with a severe comminuted fracture of the pelvis acetabulum combined with traumatic hemorrhagic shock. The patient was firstly treated with aggressive anti-shock therapy to maintain the stability of basic vital signs. After the stabilization of blood pressure, pulse and other vital signs on the eighth day after the injury, an internal fixation of the acetabular pelvis by the iliac inguinal approach was given, and the procedure went smoothly. The fracture healed 4 months after the operation, and the patient resumed basic work ability without leaving any obvious disability. The patient has now returned to work and is engaged in his previous job.
