Proper attention to sleep issues

Every year, March 21 is World Sleep Day, and every year on this day both specialist hospitals and specialist doctors; both patients and regular people are reminded to pay attention to sleep problems. In fact, sleep is an ordinary human behavior, most people do not think and do not think about their sleep problems. But once a sleep problem occurs, we need to pay attention to it, because often sleep problems are just a phenomenon, which may be a pre-symptom of some disease or a manifestation of a disease. Generally speaking, schizophrenia, mania, depression, anxiety disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder and many other mental illnesses may be accompanied by sleep disorders. Therefore, it is recommended to see a specialist for sleep problems, and to clarify whether it is an accompanying symptom of the disease or a simple sleep problem, so as not to delay the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
