Ten immunity-destroying demons

Did you know? Some small habits can affect the overall immune function of your body. Recently the United States “Prevention” magazine summed up the 10 “devil” to destroy immunity, and give the corresponding countermeasures.
  1, lack of friendship
Studies show that the less social life, the more anxiety-induced chemicals in the brain, the more likely we will get sick.
Countermeasure: If you’re too busy to call, send a text message to your friend on your cell phone at night.
  2, sleep deprivation
Researchers at the University of Chicago found that people who slept only four hours a day had half as many antibodies in their blood to fight off the flu than those who slept 7.5-8.5 hours.
Countermeasure: Try to ensure 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep every night.
  3, pessimists
Research at the University of California found that students with positive attitudes have more T cells that enhance the immune system’s ability to respond and more natural killer cells than students with negative attitudes.
Countermeasure: It’s hard to change your personality, but you can try to find various reasons to be grateful for every day life.
  4.Suppressing emotions
Researchers at the University of California, Los Angeles campus had 41 happy couples spend 15 minutes actively discussing their marriage. The researchers found good signs like an increase in blood pressure, heart rate, and white blood cell count similar to those seen after moderate exercise, leading to the conclusion that constructive discussions would boost immunity.
Countermeasures: Do not smother the problems that bother you, try to relax inside.
  5.Long-term stress
Chronic stress differs from intermittent stress in that it can lead to a significant decrease in the immune system’s ability to fight disease. Extreme stress can lead to a reduction in natural killer cells and a decrease in T-cell viability, as well as a decrease in the level of macrophages that enhance the immune system’s ability to respond.
Countermeasure: Do some stress-reducing activities and try to relax inside.
  6. Use communal items
Bringing your own pen allows you to avoid exposure to viruses, as cold and flu viruses can be passed from hand to hand.
Countermeasure: Avoid using pens from hospitals, banks, couriers and restaurant waiters.
  7, always drive
Researchers have found that people who drive are twice as likely to get sick as those who walk over a four-month period.
Countermeasure: 30 minutes of aerobic exercise can make your immune system run better.
  8.Inhale second-hand smoke
Every year, about 3,000 non-smoking Americans die of lung cancer and 300,000 children suffer from upper respiratory infections due to secondhand smoke.
  Countermeasure: Stay away from smokers.
  9.Take antibiotics often
If you take antibiotics as soon as you have cold symptoms, you will gradually develop resistance to these drugs and lead to more serious infections.
Countermeasure: Do not use antibiotics as a preventive medicine unless prescribed by a doctor.
  10, lack of humor
Researchers have found that emotions associated with laughter can lower stress hormones, increase certain immune cells and activate other immune cells.
Countermeasure: Laugh whenever and wherever you can.
