Dizziness and panic

Dizziness and panic are commonly associated with inadequate blood supply to the brain and cardiac arrhythmias, which can be seen in cardiogenic diseases such as coronary artery disease, myocardial ischemia, and cardiac arrhythmias. Patients with coronary artery disease may experience chest pain, irregular heartbeat, and shortness of breath. When peripheral hypoperfusion is caused by cardiac insufficiency, the supply to the cerebral vessels is inadequate, and manifestations related to ischemic stroke such as dizziness, headache, hemiparesis, and aphasia may occur. In addition, dizziness and panic can also be seen in metabolic-related diseases, such as when abnormal glucose metabolism or hypoglycemia strikes, symptoms related to panic and dizziness can occur. It is recommended to monitor finger blood sugar and give corresponding treatment. Endocrine-related diseases, such as abnormal thyroid function, may also cause panic attacks and dizziness.
