How long do you usually live with a heart sandwich?

The life expectancy of patients with aortic coarctation, which is often referred to as aortic coarctation, is determined on a case-by-case basis and can be difficult to resuscitate in the event of rupture. The exact length of life for aortic coarctation depends on when the aortic coarctation is detected, whether timely interventions are taken, and whether rupture occurs. Aortic aneurysms that are left untreated usually have a high risk of rupture in 3-5 years. In contrast, once an aortic coarctation ruptures, the mortality rate can be as high as 50% within 2 days and 70% within 1 week. For those who have had an artificial vessel or have had a stent implanted, long-term survival is expected after good stent maintenance, good blood pressure control, and regular review. Conservative treatment is not recommended for patients with aortic coarctation, and active hospitalization is recommended. Patients with hypertension who notice sudden posterior sternal and back tearing-like pain with unbearable pain should go to the hospital promptly.
