What are the specific steps of the four cancer screenings?

Health check-ups are becoming more and more important to women, but the tedious process of visiting a health check-up affects the enthusiasm of the health checkers. How can we make health check-ups easier for women? For gynecological vulvar cancer, vaginal cancer, cervical cancer and endometrial cancer, the “four cancers” screening can be completed in one visit. The steps are as follows: Appointment for consultation. Medical history taking. Gynecological examination: observation of vulva, vagina and cervix; collection of cervical secretion for HPV test and TCT; examination of uterus size, shape and position, presence of pressure pain, and presence of adnexal masses. Colposcopy: magnification 8-24 times to observe the vulva, vagina, cervix and lower part of the cervical canal, white acetate test, iodine smear test; biopsy if necessary. For those with menstrual abnormalities, perform hysteroscopy and biopsy if necessary. Awaiting results.
