There are various kinds of medications for internal use and different drug compositions and dosage forms for external use. It is not recommended to purchase your own medication without professional knowledge.  Care recommendations are as follows (personal opinion): 1. Do not squeeze the rash: it is easy to leave pigmentation and scarring. Not all acne rashes can be treated by squeezing.  2, diet management should be adhered to: not acne can be feasted on when it subsides. I often give patients an analogy: boiling water in the plains is less than 100 degrees, but the temperature of the water is slowly rising. For the beauty of your skin, you need to have the perseverance to insist, not that you can’t eat good food, but how much you can eat.  Avoid requirements: 1) stimulating food: such as wine, chili, smoke, coffee, strong tea. 2) high-fat food: such as fatty meat, high cholesterol food (such as animal offal, chicken wings, pig feet, chicken skin, etc.), barbecue fried food, chocolate, ice cream, cakes, cookies (except soda crackers), snacks (such as potato chips, puffed food, etc.), nuts. 3) high-sugar food: such as snacks, candy snacks, drinks, fruit. drinks, fruits. Eating more high-sugar foods can increase the incidence of acne. Eating more fruits for a short period of time is equivalent to eating high-sugar foods, especially a part of the pursuit of weight loss friends, in meal time, get a bunch of fruit as a meal, face acne did not realize that it was the fruit caused the trouble.  3, correct cleaning of the skin: face acne, part of my friends think it is air pollution, dirty face, so wash your face many times a day, especially oily skin, thinking that the oil washed away, you can reduce acne. The result is that the more you wash, the more oil you get and the more acne you get. Suggestion: Wash your face twice a day. Use less hot water, alkaline skin cleansers, and baby neutral soap. Do not rub the skin, injury to the stratum corneum, not only make the skin barrier suffered damage, easy to cause bacterial attack, but also make the skin fragile, the stimulus (cold, heat, mood swings) become sensitive, prone to dermatitis.  4, the correct use of skin care products: generally speaking, after the person is over 40 years old, the physiological function began to go downhill, the skin is also the same, you can properly choose skin care products. That means young people should not use skin care products (except sunscreen products). Natural products are less irritating to the skin and can be used. Unfortunately, the current skin care products (including cosmetics), the basic composition, chemical raw materials account for a large part, not only to stimulate the skin, producing acne, dermatitis, but also easy to damage the skin, resulting in premature aging of the skin.  5, to ensure high quality sleep: sleep is very important, although people are asleep, but the physiological activities of the body did not stop for a moment, during sleep, the skin is also adjusting and repairing, so people who often stay up late, people who work at night, people with a rich night life, not only haggard face, but also prone to acne (our nurses feel the same way). Sleep is not about the length of time (of course, too short a time is not good), but about the quality. Therefore, I often advise my comrades on the night shift, even if you are not sleepy after the night shift, you must first sleep for a while, so that the body rest, adjust, and then do housework, do not underestimate the 1 to 2 hours of sleep, it can make your acne back, not to flare up out.  6, adjust the mood, adjust the mental stress: today’s society, the competition is fierce, the workplace pressure is recognized by the public. However, mood swings and mental stress not only affect blood pressure and blood sugar, but also affect the metabolism of the skin. Acne occurs in middle-aged people, mostly for such reasons.
