① It is best to rest in bed for 1 to 2 days after circumcision to avoid prolonged walking, standing and sitting, which can lead to poor local blood circulation and make the glans and ties edematous and affect wound healing.
After surgery, you should wear loose underwear or no underwear, the wound should be kept clean and dry, be careful not to wet the gauze when you urinate, and if you accidentally wet the gauze, you should immediately return to the hospital to change the medication to prevent wound infection. When urinating, use a large mineral water bottle to prepare the urethral orifice or stirrup position to let the penis perpendicular to the ground to prevent urine from wetting the gauze.
③After surgery, there will be slight pain, bruising, edema and a small amount of bleeding in the wound, which can be untreated, but if the bleeding is soaked through the gauze, you should go back to the hospital immediately.
If you have an erect penis, please use one hand to protect the wound and the other hand to squeeze the glans with force and let the penis subside naturally to prevent the wound from opening, pain and bleeding.
⑤ Change the wound medication after surgery until the wound heals, and prohibit sexual activity for 30 days.
