Do I need treatment for cystic hyperplasia of the breast?

Cystic hyperplasia is a pathological concept. In fact, if there is sufficient certainty that it is a cystic hyperplasia, there is no need to treat it at all, as most women of childbearing age have hyperplasia, just like women with dysmenorrhea, which is both a disease and not a disease. The reason why this disease is indicated for treatment is that it is sometimes indistinguishable from breast cancer and requires pathological confirmation. If it is determined to be cystic hyperplasia and not likely to be breast cancer, it is not necessary to treat it because it does not affect your life, except for observation. If you are not yet pregnant, you must not be too old and it is normal to have breast enlargement. There is no need to panic about it. Even if there is no hyperplasia, the breast glands have to be enlarged after pregnancy. It should be said that the menstrual cycle affects this disease, not mastopexy affects the menstrual cycle. Nowadays, many doctors in the clinic diagnose cystic hyperplasia of the breast, lobular hyperplasia of the breast and so on, unless there is a puncture pathology, or else the doctor has a fire eye. Based on the symptoms of breast pain and or breast lumps, the clinical diagnosis of mastocytosis can only be made. If the pain significantly affects life and work, or if the breast lump is obvious, medication can be given (if malignancy is suspected, it should be dealt with more actively), and the patient should be informed that the symptoms and severity of breast enlargement are related to emotions, work stress, diet, endocrine, etc. Medication is only an aid, and self-regulation is important. Patients should also be informed that there is no need to be afraid and anxious about breast cancer due to breast enlargement.
