Frozen shoulder, also known as periarthritis of the shoulder joint, is commonly known as frozen shoulder and fifty shoulder. It is a chronic and specific inflammation of the shoulder capsule and its surrounding ligaments, tendons and bursae, which is characterized by gradual pain in the shoulder, especially at night, and progressively worsening, with the function of shoulder joint movement being restricted and getting worse, gradually relieving after reaching a certain level, until finally recovering completely. Frozen shoulder is a common condition that is characterized by shoulder joint pain and limited mobility. The disease is more common in women than in men and is more common in manual laborers. If not treated effectively, it may seriously affect the functional activities of the shoulder joint. There may be widespread pressure pain in the shoulder joint that radiates to the neck and elbow, and there may be varying degrees of atrophy of the deltoid muscle. Frozen shoulder is common in daily life, how can we judge and choose the treatment method ourselves: 1. 2. Pain location: lateral, anterior and posterior shoulder. 3.Limited activity: the forearm rotates outward from the chest, and the active activity of the upper arm upstage movement cannot be completed. 4.Not accompanied by arm numbness 2.Treatment options: 1.Oral vinclofenac tablets, clozoxazone tablets 2.Active exercise: do wall climbing action (continuous upward movement with index and middle fingers daily) and fish touching action (the upper limb on the affected side becomes a cone movement with the shoulder as the apex). 3.Acupuncture combined with baking electricity treatment. 4.Acupuncture treatment. Most of them heal in about 10 days after the first three methods. Note the problem: neck pain and arm numbness on the affected side are considered cervicogenic shoulder pain and treated as cervical spondylosis.
