Why is staying healthy the same as doing a good job?

Today I received a text message from a friend I haven’t talked to in a long time, saying that his knee patellar cartilage hasn’t completely healed and that he has recently started to experience wrist pain again, and after experiencing it for several days on his own, he finally realized that it was caused by always using the mouse. I told him before that people need to exercise regularly and reasonably in order to stay healthy, but it seems that he unfortunately did not listen to my advice, because the reply text message said that he had not exercised for a long time and was ready to make up his mind to start this time. I really hope he won’t fall at the starting line of determination again! The problem my friend encountered is actually a common problem among the general population in China nowadays, that is, some so-called “irresistible” reasons for not having proper exercise time, and eventually put himself in a long-term subhealthy state, or even frequent or repeated illnesses, which obviously affects the quality of life. In fact, I know firsthand that maintaining good health is like doing a good job – you get what you pay for! The vast majority of adults have had the experience of working, and I believe we have all experienced the hard work, but if we really put in the effort, we will also feel the joy that work brings. This is the same reason we keep healthy: exercise will definitely take up some time and energy, and will make you feel that if you take valuable time to exercise again when you are busy you are likely to delay things or get more tired. If this kind of thinking prevails, you reduce or even lose the opportunity to gain the happiness that comes with good health! Because reasonable exercise and busy work is not a contradiction, but should have been two complementary aspects of each other. When you are healthy, you can work better, be more efficient and even relaxed, and then you can bring this good state to your family and friends and even strangers around you, so that we can influence each other positively and promote our social harmony. I believe that many people have experienced the fatigue and boredom in sports, which is a very normal physiological and psychological phenomenon, just as sports can also bring us a sense of excitement and happiness! The extreme example is professional athletes, who many times have a very hard training life, but this is the only way to surpass others and stand on the highest podium. At this point, they will not regret, but will deeply appreciate and enjoy the joy that success brings them! And for us ordinary people, although the purpose of sports is basically not for fame and profit, but if you want to achieve the purpose of maintaining health, but also requires a certain degree of payment, such as exercise intensity and time. A healthy body and mind will not fall into our heads for no reason, it all requires sincere and reasonable effort, and the harvest is the inevitable result. So, I hope more people can look at their health correctly, it should not be lower than work, because it is really related to you and your family! If the job doesn’t fit, you can replace it. May I ask: which part of our body is not working, can just replace it?
