Celiac blood returns to normal in a few days

Celiac blood is mostly caused by eating large amounts of high-fat foods. If it is formed in a short period of time, it can be recovered in 3-5 days after a light diet; for celiac blood caused by a long-term high-fat diet, it usually takes longer to recover, and most of it can be recovered in about 6 months. Under normal circumstances, the fat consumed by the body will be digested and absorbed by the small intestine and turned into tiny celiac particles into the blood. When too many celiac particles accumulate to a certain level, the blood serum turns into a milky, sticky liquid. The formation of celiac blood may be the result of eating a large amount of high-fat foods in a short period of time, or it may be the result of consuming high-fat foods for a long period of time while exercising less. If celiac blood is formed in a short period of time, it can generally return to normal with a light diet for 3-5 days. If it is caused by long-term intake of high fatty foods and hyperlipidemia has formed, the patient needs to maintain a long-term light diet, exercise, quit smoking and alcohol, and apply lipid-lowering medications, which can generally achieve a cure in about 6 months. When celiac disease appears, the patient should correct the bad lifestyle and diet as soon as possible to control the lipids to the normal range to avoid further damage to the body.
