If you find a heart attack on the road, on the street or in any other situation, such as shortness of breath or fainting, it is important to give timely resuscitation. If the patient is awake, do not force him to lie down, keep him in a more comfortable position, help him to undo his shirt and make him feel comfortable. Then call the next person or seek other help to relieve his fear. 1, if the patient suddenly fainted on the ground, first, to determine whether the place where the patient fainted is safe, and at the same time, to call other people next to help rescue. Second, to see if the patient has breathing and heartbeat. How do we determine this? The first step is to pat the patient’s cheek to see if he responds. 2. Feel the carotid artery with your hand to see if there are fluctuations in the carotid artery. 3. Put your ear close to the patient’s nose to hear if there are breathing sounds. If these are not, we need to immediately let the patient lie flat, then let the patient’s head back, open the mouth, remove the foreign body inside the mouth, and then give him manual chest compressions. Use one palm to press the lower third of the patient’s sternum, and the other palm to press the back of the hand and apply chest compressions at a rate of 100 times per minute. At the same time, if two people are doing resuscitation, another person can give him artificial respiration. If one person is doing resuscitation, two artificial respirations will be done after one cycle, and the ratio is 15:2. Do this operation and do not stop until the arrival of the appropriate professional medical personnel. Every four cycles, we have to judge the patient’s consciousness, heart rate, heartbeat and respiration. We wait for the arrival of professionals in the process of doing this, so that we can buy more time for the patient and increase the chance of rescue.
