Should I go to the hospital after being in contact with a person infected with Newcastle pneumonia?

A certain group of people are close contacts if they come into contact with an infected person without taking effective protective measures. Close contacts do not need to go to the hospital immediately, but can first be placed under isolation and observation at home. The medical observation period is 14 days from the last unprotected contact with the case. Those who do not develop the disease at the end of the observation period can resume normal study, work and life. However, if respiratory symptoms, fever, chills, malaise, diarrhea and other symptoms appear, immediate medical investigation is required. During the home isolation period, you should not go out, live alone in a room at home, and minimize contact with other family members.
