Packages of low-grade gliomas that have residual surgery or have a tendency to become malignant. For high-grade gliomas (grades 3-4), chemotherapy is required regardless of complete surgical resection. Some specific conditions are: mesenchymal astrocytoma, glioblastoma multiforme, mesenchymal ventricular meningioma, mesenchymal oligodendroglioma, medulloblastoma, neuroblastoma, germ cell tumor, central nervous system lymphoma, and primitive neuroectodermal tumors.
