The four steps of cognitive-behavioral therapy for OCD are: Step 1: Reassert “This is not me, this is my OCD”; Step 2: Reassign “Open your brain lock”. Open your brain locks.” What’s bothering me is OCD, caused by an imbalance in the brain’s biochemical substances, the gears of the caudate nucleus are stuck. Devote your attention to more meaningful activities, such as music, exercise, etc. Step 4: Re-evaluate the “lessons of OCD”. Whether the condition is mild or severe, people with OCD will benefit from applying the 4-Step Approach to your life by implementing, under medical supervision, the 4-Step Self-Healing Approach, a scientifically proven method to help people successfully change the workings of their brains. Please note: The 4 steps are used in combination. Step 3 is the most difficult one. My own intention is to assist you in trying this cognitive-behavioral therapy that unlocks the brain.
