Patients with cervical spondylosis should not do the following exercises: a. head shaking exercise, patients with spinal cord cervical spondylosis should remember not to do head shaking exercise, especially patients with serious spinal cord compression symptoms, upper and lower limb motor dysfunction and spastic paralysis should not do head shaking exercise, otherwise it will lead to spinal cord injury, and this injury is undeliverable and will lead to lifelong paralysis; b. don’t do low head exercise. Patients with neurogenic cervical spondylosis, vertebral artery cervical spondylosis and cervical cervical spondylosis should not do head-down exercises. In the daily work side more to take the head up, look up to the sky and other sports, less to do voluntarily low head and other sports, otherwise it will stimulate the compression of the nerve root, thus leading to increased pain in the neck, shoulder and arm.
