The second positive test for hepatitis B is a positive hepatitis B surface antibody, which is the best of the immunological indicators of the hepatitis B virus and does not require treatment. This is because a positive hepatitis B surface antibody indicates that the body already has the ability to resist the hepatitis B virus, which is a protective antibody that can normally be acquired actively through hepatitis B vaccination. Of course, there are some people who acquire it passively as a result of infection. This antibody needs to be rechecked once a year or so. If the antibody disappears or the titer decreases, the hepatitis B vaccine is needed to regain this antibody and strengthen the body’s resistance to the hepatitis B virus.
