Liver cancer starts insidiously and early symptoms are atypical, usually including atypical digestive tract symptoms, pain in liver area, unexplained weight loss and fever. 1. Atypical digestive symptoms: loss of appetite, bloating, belching, nausea, vomiting, etc. Among them, loss of appetite and bloating are the most common ones, which can be easily misdiagnosed as common gastric diseases and thus neglected. 2. Pain in liver area: it is the most common symptom of liver cancer, mostly persistent distension or dull pain in the right upper abdomen. 3. Unexplained weight loss: it is also one of the early typical symptoms of liver cancer patients. 4. Fever: some liver cancer patients will have fever and sweating in the early stage, most of them have moderate or low fever, while a few of them may have high fever, i.e. above 39℃, which is usually not accompanied by chills.
