Diet: do not eat stimulating food, drink more water, in order to facilitate the smooth flow of stool, to develop a daily defecation habit; 3, defecation: can apply stool softeners, to maintain the number of stool and soft quality, to reduce the wound stimulation; 4, wound care: 1, anal surgery is usually not sutured or incomplete suture, in order to make exudate easy to flow, so a few days after surgery will have blood and discharge, do not care, it is recommended to use sanitary napkin dressing 2. Anal wounds are easily contaminated by feces or bacteria, so warm baths should be administered the day after surgery; 3. Wounds take time to heal, and it may take 6-8 weeks for the wound to heal completely. The purpose of the sitz bath: (1) to increase blood circulation around the anus; (2) to relieve wound pain. Sitz bath after defecation to promote wound healing. Method: (1) prepare a large basin and fill it with an eighth full of warm water; (2) open the legs as much as possible when taking a sitz bath, so that the wound is completely immersed in the water for about 15-20 minutes; (3) wipe dry with toilet paper and put on a cotton pad after taking a sitz bath (can be replaced by sanitary napkins); (4) administer once in the morning and once in the evening and after defecation until the wound heals; (5) take a sitz bath for about 8-10 minutes each time, 3-4 times a day (5) each sitz bath for about 8-10 minutes, 3-4 times a day, always sit in the bath after relieving the bowels, the temperature of the water in the sitz bath is not hot. (The water temperature is the same as that of the bath); 3. If you need to use ointment after discharge, take the principle of 2-3 times a day; smear the ointment after sitting in the bath after relieving the bowels, and incorporate it into the anus if there is a suppository, 1-2 times a day, and start applying it on the second day after surgery; 4.
