Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors among women. It accounts for 7%-10% of systemic malignant tumors in China and is on the rise year by year. It is a common superficial tumor and its early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment are not difficult. The treatment of breast cancer is mostly comprehensive according to the different staging of patients. For early stage breast cancer patients, surgery is preferred as the main comprehensive treatment, including surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, endocrine therapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, etc. Surgical methods include (1) breast-cancer-preserving mastectomy: it is suitable for patients with corresponding indications, and the surgery can maintain the appearance effect and complete removal of the lump. Post-operative radiation therapy is required. (2) Modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer (3) Radical mastectomy and extended radical mastectomy for breast cancer: nowadays, it is used sparingly and is the earliest surgical procedure. (4) Sentinel lymph node biopsy and axillary lymph node dissection: Sentinel lymph node biopsy provides us with a method to predict the absence of lymph node metastasis and is suitable for patients whose lymph node metastasis is not found in clinical and adjuvant examinations, and axillary lymph node dissection may not be performed. Early surgery and reasonable comprehensive treatment before and after breast cancer are more effective and the 10-year cure rate are now significantly higher, therefore, once breast cancer is detected early, timely treatment can improve the survival rate.
