Femoral neck fractures are more common in clinical practice. Most of the deformities of femoral neck fractures occur because the patient delays the best treatment time; another kind is that the patient does not cooperate well with the doctor during the treatment process and produces deformity performance. In clinical practice, if femoral neck deformity occurs, the main deformities are hip inversion deformity, which means that the neck stem angle becomes smaller, and the lower limbs appear shortened, abducted and externally rotated deformities. If these deformities have an impact on daily life, treatment should be considered. If the hip inversion is obvious and walking is difficult, surgery can be considered to correct the hip inversion deformity by wedge osteotomy. If the shortening of the affected limb is obvious and has an impact on daily life, consider lower limb lengthening surgery.
