Spinal Cord Cavernous Disease (SCD) is a chronic progressive spinal cord degenerative disease, the exact etiology and pathogenesis are not yet clear, there are the following theories. 1, congenital developmental abnormalities; 2, mechanical factors; 3, secondary to other diseases: such as cystic degeneration secondary to spinal cord tumors, injurious spinal cord hemorrhage, infections and so on.
