For the male partner, the best time to check semen is 3-7 days without ejaculation and no recent alcohol consumption, exertion, smoking, etc. For female partner: the most basic examination items are ultrasound, female endocrine, tubal lavage or imaging. 1. For those who usually have regular menstrual cycle (i.e. a cycle of about 30 days), it is recommended to come to the hospital on the 9th-12th day of menstrual bleeding to monitor the follicles and guide conception. 2.
