(1) Angina pectoris. This is the most common clinical type of coronary heart disease, including exertional angina and spontaneous angina. The clinical manifestation is chest tightness or (and) chest pain, which occurs mostly during exertion and lasts for several minutes each time, and can be relieved by resting for a while. Some patients have episodes of chest tightness and pain even at rest, called spontaneous angina, suggesting severe coronary stenosis or spasm of the coronary arteries, which requires early and active treatment. (2) Myocardial infarction. It is caused by the occlusion of coronary artery, which interrupts the local blood supply to the myocardium and leads to myocardial necrosis. Most of the chest pain is severe, sweating profusely, and the pain cannot be relieved after rest, and even serious complications such as shock occur. (3) Cardiac arrhythmia. Some patients with coronary heart disease are suffering from arrhythmia as the main symptom, which is clinically manifested as panic and heartbeat, mostly attacked after activity and can be relieved after rest. It is caused by myocardial ischemia resulting in disturbance of the local electrical activity of the heart. (4) Sudden death. There are patients with coronary heart disease who originally had no symptoms and died suddenly. Therefore, the clinical manifestations of coronary heart disease vary in severity and form, which can cause some patients to ignore its hazards and lead to the occurrence of serious consequences. When the above situation occurs, you should go to the hospital to prevent delaying the treatment of coronary heart disease.
