[Abstract] Objective To compare the efficacy of two combination chemotherapeutic regimens, hirodar and flutriafolone. Methods Fifty-six patients with stage C rectal cancer were randomly treated in groups, divided into 6 cases in the group of Herodar alone, 32 cases in the group of Herodar and oxaliplatin and 18 cases in the group of flutriafolone and oxaliplatin. Results The efficiency of the group was 33% in the group of Hironda alone, 92% in the treatment group and 44% in the treatment control group. Toxic side effects were limited to degree I and II and were tolerable. Conclusion The difference in efficacy between the two combination chemotherapy regimens of Siroda and flutrione was significant, and the treatment group was superior to the treatment control group.
