Follow the laws of nature is the fundamental principle of health care: diet (II)

Introduction: The sky has three sun, moon and stars, the earth has three water and fire L, people have three essence bun scarlet meng f thing pass. As the saying goes, “People live a breath of air, the Buddha strives for an incense burner”! People live a breath, its original meaning is that people live need to have a breath, to support the physical body. Without “qi”, the person cannot live. That is, from a physiological point of view, people want to survive, not only to have the breath, but also through the exercise of the day, exercise their bodies, to ensure that fresh oxygen, constantly into the body, so that life is more alive and healthy! However, this is only the shallow, we can touch the “qi”. Today, Dr. Tsang is going to talk to you about the deeper and untouchable “qi”. What does this have to do with diet? First, let’s look at the traditional Chinese character “”, which consists of the character “qi” above and “m” below. The word “rice” is composed of the characters “qi” above and “m” below. What does the Chinese nation of 1.3 billion people rely on to solve the problem of food and clothing? Rely on the rice (of course, this rice refers to the broad sense of rice, not just rice)! That is to say, only after eating rice, the human body has the basis of “qi”, in order to breathe, the body’s qi and blood to have power, people seem to have spirit. In the Western Han Dynasty, Liu An’s “Huainanzi” says: “Those who have the grain will prosper, those who lose the grain will die”. The meaning is that people need to eat grains and cereals, reasonable nutrition, a balanced diet to be healthy, nutritional imbalance of the body will appear disease, concise embodiment of the rich connotations of Chinese medicine nutrition. Therefore, eating grains is for health, in order to maintain health, health is actually to maintain our “essence bun” (note that “essence” and “gas” are to rely on the rice as the basis). Essence, qi and spirit are mutually nourishing and mutually reinforcing, and they are closely related to each other. According to Chinese medicine, the origin of human life is “essence”, the driving force to maintain life is “qi”, and the manifestation of life is the activity of “god”. Therefore, it is said that the essence of the gas is sufficient, the gas is sufficient and the god is prosperous; the essence of the deficiency of gas is weak, the gas is weak and the god is less. Conversely. God is strong that the gas is sufficient, the gas is sufficient that the essence is full. Chinese medicine to assess a person’s health, or disease, are from these three aspects to consider. Therefore. The ancients called essence, qi and spirit as the “three treasures” of the human body is its certain reason. Therefore, the Yellow Emperor’s Classic of Internal Medicine has the saying that “those who have God will prosper, those who lose God will die”, so it is not difficult to see that “essence, qi and God” are the fundamentals of human life survival. So how should we maintain our “essence”? The answer is to eat rice, to eat grains and cereals. The Yellow Emperor’s Classic of Internal Medicine says: “five grains for nourishment, five fruits for help, five animals for benefit, five dishes for the full, the smell and served, in order to replenish the essence and benefit the qi.” The five grains refer to wheat (wheat), millet (yellow sticky rice, red sorghum), rice (rice), beans (beans) and corn (millet). It is easy to see that the five grains are actually the seeds of plants. The seeds of plants have the power of birth and development, which can nourish the vitality of the human body and nourish the essence of the human body. Because the seeds of the grains are the most concentrated part of plant nutrients, and eating grains can minimize the loss of vital energy due to digestion. This is “you are eating and the rice is eating you”. For thousands of years, the Chinese people have been eating the seeds of the grains to maintain their prosperity. Therefore, we must eat the grains instead of fruits, meats and vegetables, and we cannot replace the main food with fruits, meats and vegetables, because not five fruits are nourishing, five animals are nourishing and five vegetables are nourishing.
