Physical allergic urticaria is usually caused by cold, high temperature, local skin pressure, etc. It can be dealt with by general treatment, topical medication and oral medication.
1. General treatment: Avoid triggers, such as too cold, too hot, compression of the skin, etc., choose the right way of exercise for yourself and exercise appropriately. Quit smoking and limit alcohol, keep enough sleep.
2. Topical medication: choose anti-itching liquid, glycerite lotion, etc. In winter, choose emulsion with anti-itching effect such as benzylamine cream.
3. Oral drugs: cold contact urticaria can be combined to make cyproheptadine, doxepin or cold desensitization therapy; cholinergic urticaria can be combined with the use of danazol, ketotifen, etc.; delayed pressure urticaria can be selected from glucocorticosteroids, aminosulfuron or salicylsulphonyl pyridine and other treatments.
