Can I still get dental implants if I have insufficient bone mass?

It is every patient’s dream to be able to restore missing teeth just like before surgery and eat anything without problems. Dental implants, known as the third tooth of mankind, have solved this need of people. However, clinically, we often encounter cases with insufficient bone volume. In order to solve this problem, I went to Germany and the United States to study advanced dental implant technology and concepts. Now it is possible to solve most of the dental implant problems with insufficient bone volume through bone augmentation surgery and short implants. Therefore, I believe that in most cases, patients with insufficient bone mass can still have their missing teeth restored by dental implants.
