What to do about acute heart disease

The first step in acute heart disease is to determine whether the patient is experiencing acute heart failure or acute coronary syndrome. After admission, according to the patient’s actual symptoms, whether it is accompanied by dyspnea, shortness of breath, and pain in the precordial region, a preliminary screening of electrocardiogram should be done first, and further treatment and examination should be selected in combination with electrocardiogram and clinical symptom performance. If it is caused by heart failure, then symptomatic supportive treatment such as cardioplegia, diuresis and vasodilation can be given. If the condition is due to acute coronary syndrome, coronary angiography should be performed urgently. If the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction can be confirmed by myocardial enzymatic tests, then the patient is advised to chew bailey aspirin, Bolivar, and Lipitor immediately and to undergo urgent coronary interventions.
