Why does every chest X-ray show pneumonia?

The reason for pneumonia on every chest radiograph has to be analyzed specifically because the recognition of chest radiographs is poor and sometimes it may be difficult to distinguish between residual old lung lesions or mechanized pneumonia, which do not absorb or absorb slowly leading to the presence of pneumonia on every chest radiograph. In addition, some patients with non-infectious lesions can also have signs of pneumonia, such as interstitial lung changes especially when interstitial pneumonia develops, and patients should be differentiated accordingly. In addition, it is also possible that obstructive pneumonia may cause pneumonia to be difficult to absorb completely. Therefore, patients with multiple chest films suggesting pneumonia need to undergo further lung CT examinations to understand the specific conditions of the lungs and, if necessary, bronchoscopy or corresponding pathological biopsies to clarify the nature of the disease to avoid misdiagnosis and leakage.
