How to prevent and treat breast enlargement

With the progress of society, economic development and ecological changes, the incidence of breast diseases is increasing year by year. Mastocytosis is an overgrowth of the lobules and ducts of the breast caused by the imbalance of hormone levels. It is most common in premenopausal women between 30 and 50 years old, and its incidence accounts for about 40% of women of childbearing age and 75% of all breast diseases. The clinical manifestations of mastocytosis commonly include breast lumps and breast pain. Breast lumps can occur unilaterally or bilaterally, mostly in the outer upper quadrant of the breast, but also in other quadrants. The masses have a medium or hard texture, with a smooth or granular surface, and are mostly associated with pressure pain when pushed. The size of the lump varies, generally from 1 to 50 px in diameter, and the larger ones can exceed 75 px. The lump may increase in size and harden before menstruation, and then shrink and soften slightly after menstruation. Breast pain is mainly distension, stabbing pain or pulling pain. The pain often increases during menstruation and decreases after menstruation, or changes with mood swings, and it is untouchable if the pain is severe, and it is also painful when walking or moving. Breast pain is mainly at the breast lump, and often involves the chest or back of the shoulder. It may be accompanied by nipple pain or itching. The relationship between mastocytosis and breast cancer has always been a concern. Some studies have shown that benign breast disease, mainly mastopexy, is one of the risk factors for breast cancer. In particular, severe mastocytosis and atypical mastocytosis are prone to cancer, and the chance of developing breast cancer is two times higher than that of normal healthy women. So how to prevent mastopathy and what should we pay attention to in our life? First of all, you should keep your mood relaxed and emotionally stable. The development of breast disease is closely related to the patient’s mental factors, emotional changes and psychological factors. With the development of society, the pace of life is accelerating, mental stress is too high, often in a stressful and anxious living and working environment is an important factor in the development of mastopathy. Therefore, how to adjust the spiritual and psychological conditions of the self to adapt to the external environment may bring adverse stimuli at any time as well as maintain a good psychological condition and optimistic and open-minded mood, is an important aspect of the prevention of the occurrence and development of mastopathy. At the same time, the intake of fatty foods should be properly controlled. With the improvement of people’s living standards, the structure of the diet is also changing, and the intake of high-calorie, high-fat and high-protein foods has increased accordingly. From epidemiological surveys, it is found that the incidence of breast cancer is prominent in economically developed areas and among people with higher living standards, and the incidence of breast cancer among women who mainly eat meat is 30% higher than that of those who mainly eat vegetarian food. It was also found that the incidence of breast cancer among American women was significantly higher than that of Chinese women, which coincided with the fat intake in the period dietary structure. In addition, it is important to pay attention to regular checkups for those who are at high risk of developing breast cancer. Breast cancer has a genetic predisposition to a certain extent. If there is a family history of breast cancer, and if more than one member of the immediate family has suffered from breast cancer, then there is a higher possibility of breast cancer in oneself. From epidemiological surveys, it is found that the risk of breast cancer increases 2 to 3 times for first-degree relatives of breast cancer patients compared to the general population. Therefore, we advocate that women with a family history of malignant tumors should go to the hospital for regular medical checkups in breast specialists. Common clinical tests for mastocytosis include breast ultrasound, mammography and ductography. Mammography is now one of the most commonly used methods to diagnose breast diseases. It has detected a large number of early breast cancers, resulting in a decrease in the death rate of breast cancers in the population receiving screening, and its value has been affirmed and complemented with other breast examination methods. Breast ultrasound is now increasingly used, is safe and harmless, and is particularly suitable for routine breast examination in women with dense breasts or during pregnancy. Chinese medicine has unique advantages and potential in the treatment of breast hyperplasia, emphasizing a holistic concept, using a combination of disease identification and evidence identification, adjusting the abnormal internal organs, qi, blood and meridian functions, treating the root of the disease, and combining internal and external treatment principles. In particular, we emphasize the important role of the method of regulating Chong Ren and the method of draining the liver and Qi in the treatment of breast disease.
