Importance of rectal examination

Recently, we met a young rectal cancer patient, early 30s, it is a pity that he is just stepping into a leadership position when he is young and strong. Rectal cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in clinical practice, the incidence rate is increasing year by year, and the age of onset is getting younger, and because the initial symptoms of rectal cancer are similar to those of hemorrhoids, many people mistake them for hemorrhoids without further examination, resulting in typical symptoms of rectal cancer when it is already too late to regret. Rectal cancer emphasizes early detection and early treatment, and rectal examination is a very easy and economical means to detect rectal cancer. Although various examination means are now very abundant, rectal examination is still a very important examination means, especially in anorectal lesions, which has unique advantages. For people over 40 years old who also have bleeding stools, abnormal bowel movements, and family members with a history of tumor should undergo rectal finger examination, and if possible, colonoscopy is the best.
